Hey Guys! I landed in NYC earlier yesterday morning to cover Full Figured Fashion Week 2014 as an official FFFWeek VIP Blogger! This year is really special because unfortunately it is the finale year! Although things officially kicked off on Monday, I was able to fly in just in time for one of the highlight events of the week. The Curves at Sea White Party is definitely the place to see and be seen.
For an event of this magnitude I didn't want to wear off the rack, so one of my favorite brand partners Twelve 24 Boutique stepped in to help. Under their boutiquelabel Numbered Designs, Designer Shang Coleman customized an ensemble for me that effortlessly chic. Shang updated the classic shirt dress and created the perfect blend of a men's tuxedo shirt and a hi-lo hem dress.
I paired my dress w/ my Henri Bendel jewelry and bag, Lane Bryant shoes and a Michael Kors watch. If you haven't noticed, I am also sporting a new Indique Hair look of which I'll go into more details about later this week.
After a few street shot pics, I hopped in an Uber Black and headed on over to Sky Port marina for the Curves at Sea Cruise. Brand partners Angela & Melanie from Twelve 24 Boutique joined me and we boarded the boat. Fun was definitely had by all and this Fashion to Figure sponsored event was totally sold out.
